About Me

My name is Deb Turner. First and foremost—I’m a wife, mother, grandmother, coach, and passionate wellness supporter. My own health journey has been one of pain, trauma, and transformation.

Living with Crohn’s disease wasn’t something I ever expected, yet it became the path that led me to this work. After years of frustration, long hospital visits, and moments where I felt like my life had been taken from me, I felt a push to look deeper.

I knew there had to be more than symptom management—a way to support my body gently and naturally.
So, I started learning… and slowly but surely, I got my life back.

My health struggles shaped me, deepened my compassion, and equipped me with a unique perspective:

The human body is an incredible creation, able to heal and thrive when given the right tools and support.

What began as research to heal myself quickly grew into a lifelong passion for holistic wellness.
I opened Inner View Health Solutions in 2020, equipped as a Registered Holistic Nutrition Practitioner.

Since then, I’ve studied a wide range of therapeutic approaches, such as frequency, energy flow, and detoxification, so I can support the body on multiple levels—physical, emotional, and energetic.

Today, I am:

  • A Registered Holistic Nutrition Practitioner

  • A Bioresonance Technician

  • An Aromatherapy Practitioner

  • Trained in holistic therapeutic modalities, including:

    • Infrared therapy

    • Chi Machine oxygenation therapy

    • Frequency and energy-supporting tools

    • Additional modalities that promote relaxation, detoxification, and circulation

I continue to learn, grow, and add new tools to my belt each year so I can offer supportive, evidence-informed therapies that encourage the body to heal itself.

What I love most about this work is witnessing people rediscover their peace, energy, joy, and health. Every breakthrough—big or small—reminds me why I do this.

We all walk through different seasons in life.
For me, those seasons revealed my true calling:

To stand beside others as they reconnect with their body’s innate ability to heal.
